Legal Ownership Structure
Every property is fully owned by a dedicated SPV company (Special Purpose Vehicle company), created exclusively for that specific asset. Each co-owner purchases shares in the SPV, which directly owns 100% of the property with no financing or debt attached to it.
The same structure also applies to boats, ensuring clarity, security, and transparent ownership for every co-owner.
Flexible Usage & Fair Access
Each co-owner can freely choose when to enjoy the property or boat during the year using a structured booking system designed to ensure balanced access for everyone. Through the OWNERS app, co-owners can easily view availability up to two years in advance and make their bookings under clear usage rules, designed to ensure fair allocation throughout the year — including special dates as Easter or high-season months of June, July and August.

Rental & Private Usage
When a property is not in use by its co-owners, it can be offered for rental without any effort on their part. OWNERS takes care of the entire process, from positioning and bookings to guest experience and property management, ensuring a truly hands-free ownership. This approach not only preserves the home’s premium character, but also creates a steady, projected annual return of approximately 4%–5% ROI, turning unused time into meaningful value.
Boats, however, are used exclusively by their co-owners and are not offered for charter or commercial rental.
Full management & maintenance
After the sale, OWNERS continues to manage the property or boat on behalf of the co-owners, making sure everything runs smoothly, transparently, and professionally.
For properties, this includes coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, utilities, insurance, common expenses, seasonal preparation, and any services needed before and after each owner’s stay. OWNERS also oversees the condition of the home works with trusted local partners, and ensures the property is always ready to be enjoyed.
For boats, OWNERS coordinates storage, marina or mooring arrangements, cleaning, technical checks, servicing, insurance, maintenance, and preparation before each scheduled use. The goal is to make every trip simple, safe, and ready from the moment the owner arrives.
Co-owners are kept informed through the OWNERS app, where they can follow bookings, usage rules, expenses, updates, and important information related to their asset.
In short, OWNERS takes care of the day-to-day responsibilities, so co-owners can focus on enjoying the experience of ownership without the stress of managing it alone.
Ownership with full flexibility
Every co-owner has full control over their share, with no time limitation. Whether it is a property or a boat, your share is yours: you can keep it, sell it, transfer it to your children or successors, or pass it on through inheritance.
After the first 12 months of ownership, each co-owner may decide independently if and when they want to sell their share, and at what price. The selling price is set entirely by the co-owner.
When a share becomes available for sale, the other co-owners are informed first and have the opportunity to purchase it. If they are not interested, OWNERS supports the seller by helping find a new buyer through our platform, network, partnerships, and pool of prospective clients.
This way, co-ownership remains flexible, transparent, and supported — while every owner keeps full control over their investment.

OWNERS offers a variety of services tailored to second home owners, including ongoing maintenance and property management. The company offers maintenance and property management, handles owner expenses and taxes, oversees the SPV, improves digital technologies like the OWNERS app, and provides support all year round. Additionally, concierge services are offered to all owners such as private chefs, transportation arrangements and any day-to-day demands in order to maintain fun & joy in your experience.
Please cancel your reservation as soon as your plans change, preferably at least 30 days before arrival. Early cancellations enable us to optimize the calendar by making those dates available for other owners.
At OWNERS, we collaborate with experienced interior designers who specialize in decorating and furnishing each residence to match its unique style and surroundings. Our goal is to create luxurious spaces that enhance comfortable living. From modern finishes and innovative technologies to elegant décor, we pay attention to every detail. Each residence is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
You can easily book time using the OWNERS app, which is powered by OWNERS scheduling system. The system is designed to be equitable, allocating time based on the number of shares you own. There are two types of stays available: advance and short-notice.
An advance stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 continuous days. However, it must be made 31 days to 24 months in advance. Each of the 6 owners can book 8 advance stays at the time.
A short notice stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 days made 30 days prior. You have unlimited short notice stays regardless of the ownership percentage.
