Understanding the Booking System

The booking process is divided into two categories, ensuring you can plan ahead or make last-minute arrangements:

• Advance Stays: These reservations can be made 31 days to 24 months in advance. Planning ahead guarantees access to peak seasons and your favorite dates.
• Short Notice Stays: Perfect for spontaneous trips, these bookings can be made 2 to 30 days before your stay.

The calendar spans two years, providing ample opportunities to organize your visits based on your lifestyle and availability.

What You Get for Your Share

Your share size directly determines your booking privileges, including the number of stays, duration, and access during peak seasons. Here’s a breakdown of the entitlements for each ownership level:

• 1/6 Share:
  • 8 advance stays.
  • Unlimited short-notice stays.
  • Maximum stay length: 14 days.
  • High season: 2 stays (up to 7 nights each or one continuous 14-night stay).
  • Special dates: 1 stay per year.
• 2/6 Share:
  • 16 advance stays.
  • Unlimited short-notice stays.
  • Maximum stay length: 28 days.
  • High season: 4 stays (options for continuous and separate stays).
  • Special dates: 2 stays per year.
• 3/6 Share:
  • 24 advance stays.
  • Unlimited short-notice stays.
  • Maximum stay length: 42 days.
  • High season: 6 stays.
  • Special dates: 3 stays (max 2 in high season) per year.

Each ownership level provides enough flexibility to design your stays exactly how you envision them, from short weekend getaways to extended vacations.

High Season and Special Dates

To ensure fairness and access during peak travel periods, OWNERS has introduced the Sea and Mountain Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that all shareholders can enjoy their properties during the most sought-after times of the year:

• Sea Properties: High season runs from June 1st to August 31st, the perfect time to experience Greece’s iconic beaches and crystal-clear waters.
• Mountain Properties: High season spans December 1st to February 28th/29th, offering an ideal setting for winter sports and cozy mountain escapes.

In addition, Special Dates provide access to holidays and key cultural events throughout the year. For each property, 6 special dates are selected annually, which may include major holidays like Christmas, Orthodox Easter, and local festivities (e.g., the Patras Carnival). These special dates:

• Require a 3-day minimum stay.
• Are part of your advance stay allowance.
• Cannot be booked back-to-back in consecutive years to ensure fairness for all shareholders.

How Flexibility Works

OWNERS’ booking system offers a high degree of flexibility, accommodating both planned vacations and spontaneous trips. For instance, as a 3/6 shareholder, you can:

• Opt for 6 separate stays up to 7 nights each, perfect for short trips.
• Choose 3 continuous stays up to 14 nights each, ideal for extended vacations.
• Combine different options, such as separate and continuous stays, to suit your needs.
