OWNERS partners with agents and offers a 3% referral commission as compensation.
Absolutely! Whether you or your buyers are located anywhere in the country or even internationally, you're eligible to earn commissions. If you introduce a buyer to an OWNERS property in your market or refer a buyer who purchases an OWNERS property elsewhere, you can earn a 3% referral commission.
Once you've sent a referral, here's what you and your client can anticipate:
Your Experience:
• Expect an email confirming your referral shortly after reaching out to us.
• A member of the OWNERS team will give you a call to verify the status and gather necessary information, including your preferred level of engagement.
• Upon successful completion of the transaction at the share price, you'll earn a 3% agent commission. If there are multiple buyers, you'll receive a commission for each share sold.
Your Client’s Experience:
• Your referred client will receive a confirmation email from OWNERS acknowledging the referral submission.
• Once they confirm, a member of the OWNERS sales team will reach out to discuss their desires for a second home, preferred destinations, and other pertinent details.
• We'll include you in the communication process as per your preference.
• From that point forward, we'll handle everything! Whether it's arranging home tours, addressing client inquiries, overseeing inspections, managing escrow, title matters, or providing updates, OWNERS takes care of all the necessary steps to facilitate your clients' second home purchase.
