Is OWNERS a timeshare or fractional company?

No, OWNERS is not a timeshare. With OWNERS, you actually own a share of a real estate asset, not just the right to use it for a limited time. Unlike timeshares, which offer shared access to a property with numerous owners and often come with limited resale value, OWNERS allows you to purchase a share in a single-family home, providing long-term ownership benefits. You have ongoing access to the property, and once all shares are sold, OWNERS also facilitates a smooth resale process for your share on the open market.

What is the difference between co-ownership and timeshare?

In a classic timeshare, you have the right to stay in a holiday apartment or hotel for a specific week each year. However, this does not constitute ownership but is essentially a form of prepaid holiday rental, categorized as consumer spending. With OWNERS, you obtain actual real estate ownership through a share deal, granting you full rights corresponding to your shares.

What Services are provided for owners?

OWNERS offers a variety of services tailored to second home owners, including ongoing maintenance and property management. The company offers maintenance and property management, handles owner expenses and taxes, oversees the SPV, improves digital technologies like the OWNERS app, and provides support all year round. Additionally, concierge services are offered to all owners such as private chefs, transportation arrangements and any day-to-day demands in order to maintain fun & joy in your experience.

What should I do if I need to cancel a booked stay?

Please cancel your reservation as soon as your plans change, preferably at least 30 days before arrival. Early cancellations enable us to optimize the calendar by making those dates available for other owners.

Who takes care of the interior design of the house?

At OWNERS, we collaborate with experienced interior designers who specialize in decorating and furnishing each residence to match its unique style and surroundings. Our goal is to create luxurious spaces that enhance comfortable living. From modern finishes and innovative technologies to elegant décor, we pay attention to every detail. Each residence is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

How do I schedule time to enjoy my home?

You can easily book time using the OWNERS app, which is powered by OWNERS scheduling system. The system is designed to be equitable, allocating time based on the number of shares you own. There are two types of stays available: advance and short-notice.

An advance stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 continuous days. However, it must be made 31 days to 24 months in advance. Each of the 6 owners can book 8 advance stays at the time.

A short notice stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 days made 30 days prior. You have unlimited short notice stays regardless of the ownership percentage.
