Definition of Stay in Our Booking System
The definition of a stay is based on the duration of your stay at the property. According to our rules, a stay is defined as a period of 3 to 7 nights at the same property. If your stay exceeds 7 nights, you will be charged for more than one stay depending on the total duration of your stay.

24-Month Calendar
Owners' innovative booking system is designed to offer an unparalleled experience to co-owners. It is based on a flexible 24-month calendar that allows you to plan your vacation from 2 days to 24 months in advance. This approach ensures that you have full control over when and how long you will enjoy your property.

Scheduled Stays and Short Notice Stays
The booking system distinguishes between advanced stays (booked 31 days to 24 months in advance) and short notice stays (booked 2 to 30 days in advance). This distinction ensures fair access to the property for all co-owners regardless of how early they plan their vacations.

Number of Stays Based on Ownership Share
The number of stays you can book depends on your ownership share. For example, if you own a 1/6 share, you are entitled to 8 scheduled stays with unlimited short notice stays. If you own a 1/2 share, you are entitled to 24 scheduled stays and unlimited short notice stays. The larger the share you own, the more days you can enjoy your stay at the property.

Equal Opportunities for All During Peak Periods
Owners also considers peak seasons and special dates to ensure that all co-owners have equal opportunities to enjoy the property during popular periods.

For instance, with a 1/6 share, you can make only two scheduled stays during peak season (e.g. summer months for vacation homes) and one stay on special dates per calendar year.

Conversely, with a 50% share, you are entitled to 6 stays during high season and 3 stays on special dates (e.g. Easter) per year.

For urban properties, there is no high season, allowing flexible bookings all year round. For summer properties (beach & island properties), high season covers June, July, and August. For winter destinations (mountain properties), high season extends to December, January, and February.
