Fractional ownership allows multiple individuals to co-own a high-quality RIB boat, sharing the purchase cost and annual expenses while enjoying hassle-free usage. Owners.gr manages all aspects of maintenance, storage, insurance, and scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience.
Each boat has fixed annual expenses that are evenly split among the four owners. These typically include:
- Maintenance & servicing: Depending on the model and the usage will be between 4.000 to 6.000 per owner per year
- Management fee (Owners.gr service): €4,000/year (€1,000 per owner)
- Insurance: Included in the annual maintenance costs
All costs are transparent, with no hidden fees.
Scheduling is managed through our Owners App using a fair and flexible point-based system:
- Each co-owner gets 50 points per year to use for reservations.
- Peak summer weeks (July & August) cost 3 points per day.
- Spring & fall months (April, May, June, September) cost 2 points per day.
- Winter & off-season (October-March) cost 1 point per day.
- Each owner is guaranteed one week in July and one in August, plus several weekends or weekdays throughout the year.
